willing to work in mission mode for engagement  on contractual basis in the following posts in different programmes under NHM, Assam.

 NHM Assam Recruitment Vacancy Details:

1.Consultant (Child Health) [posts-2]
Pay: Negotiable & incremental

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics from a recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
  • Computer Proficiency: MS office.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill.
  • Demonstration ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
  • Age :Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018.
2. Architect Consultant [Post-01]
Age Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay: Negotiable & incremental

Requisite Qualification & Experience: 
  • Degree in Architecture, preferably Post Graduate from reputed Institutions/ Colleges approved by AICTE.
  • Minimum experience of 5 (five) years working as Architect.
 Desired Skill:

  • Must be well-verged with the latest guidelines of NABH, guidelines of IPHS for Hospitals for Nursing, ISO certification, environmental clearance, fire safety & disaster management and green-building concept.
  • Must be well-versed in latest designing software such as Auto-Cad, Revit, 3D modeling etc.
3. Consultant (Civil Works) [Posts: 01]
Age Up to 65 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay: Negotiable & incremental

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Civil works with minimum15 years of work experience. Candidates having working experience in construction of Health facilities will be given preference. Government experience is preferred. 

4. District Programme Officer, NCD [posts-06]
Age Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-50,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience: 
  • MBBS Degree from a Govt. Recognized Medical College & registered with Medical Council of India  (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC).
5. State Leprosy Consultant (Surveillance Medical Officer)[Posts-01]
Age Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-50,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 5 Years of working experience in Public Health Programme.
  • Working knowledge of computer.  

6. State Coordinator,(Assam Clinical Establishment)[Posts-01]
Age Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-50,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • MBBS Degree /Master’s or MD in Hospital Administration/Public Health/Preventive and Social Medicine/Community Health Administration or MBA(Hospital Administration)
  • Experience of developing /implementing hospital/ health care Experience of handling legal issues.
  • Experience of working for developing and operating  accreditation structure in the country e.g. NABH, NABL etc.
  • Working knowledge of computer. 
7.Epidemiologist, IDSP[No of Posts- 04]
Age Up to 45 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates).

Requisite Qualification & Experience: 
  1. Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH,DPH, MAE etc)
  2. Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 2 years experience in Public Health.
  3. Medical Graduate (Ayur) preferably MPH/ DPH.
  4. Medical Graduate (Homoeo) preferably MPH/ DPH.
  5. M.Sc. (Epidemiology) with 2 years experience in Public Health.
  6. Post Graduate in the field of Life Science, Social Science or Statistics with 2 years experience in Public Health. 
8. Consultant (Pediatric & Neonatal Service), SIHFW [posts-01]
Age Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-50,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience: 
  • MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
  • Desirable : Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and training of health professionals.
9. Training Consultant, SIHFW [post-01]
Age Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-50,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience: 

  • Essential : MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)
  • Desirable : Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
Experience :  
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional/ Programme Management at NHM .
  • For retired person upto the age of 62 years retired as senior faculty member in Department of O&G in Medical College or as senior specialist in O&G from a hospital preferably with Public Health or Health Administration background. 
10. Sr. Consultant,Training, SIHFW[post-01]
Age Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-50,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience: 

  • Essential : MBBS Degree from Govt. recognized institution.
  • Desirable : MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)/ Degree / Diploma in Public Health Management.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional/ Programme Management at NHM.
  • For retired person upto the age of 62 years retired as senior faculty member in Department of O&G in Medical College or as senior specialist in O&G from a hospital preferably with Public Health or Health Administration background. 

11. ASHA Programme Manager [post-01]
Age Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-40,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience: 

  • Post Graduate Degree (Full Time) in Health Management/ Public Health Management/ Rural Development from a reputed institute with minimum  3-5 years post qualification work experience in relevant field.
  • Basic computer knowledge. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill. Demonstration ability to work in a multi disciplinary team environment.
  • Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria. 
12. State Consultant (Quality Assurance) [post-01]
Age Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-40,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing graduate preferably with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-full time or equivalent) with 5 years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration, out of which, at least 3 years work in the field of quality in health care would be  desirable. 
  • Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six  Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred.  
13. State Consultant (Quality Monitoring)[post-01]Age Up to 62 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-40,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
Post Graduate Degree/ Advance qualification in Statistics. Specialization in Biostatistics/ Master in Health Informatics (MBA Health Informatics)/ Master in Epidemiology (MPH epidemiology) with 2 years experience in Public Health.
  
14. District Vector Borne Disease Consultant, NVBDCP [post-04]
Age Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-30,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • Post Graduate degree in Zoology/ Entomology/ Life Sciences with 5 years of work experience. For life sciences candidates, Zoology is a must as one of the subjects at graduate level.
  • Experience of implementing vector control strategies.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience of working in a health programme is desirable. 
15. HR Executive [post-01]
Age Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-30,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • 2 years Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute with minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in relevant field.
  • Candidates must have exposure to performance management system, handling legal matters etc.
  • Computer Proficiency: MS office.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill. 


16. District Programme Manager [post-01]
Age Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay:Rs-30,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with a minimum of 3 (three) years of post qualification work experience in the field of community health/ medical health/ community development programmes or related fields. Persons having added qualification such as diploma/ certificate in Public Health/ Health Programme Management/ Hospital administration or related areas will be preferred. 
  • Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel and Power Point. 
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese. 
17. District Programme Manager [post-01]
Age Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay: Rs. 27,500/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • B.E. in Instrumentation/ B.E. in Bio-Medical Engineering/ B.E. in Medical Electronics from recognized university/ institution of India with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and having minimum of 2 years of post qualification work experience in the installation & maintenance of medical equipment and other related works. 
  • Computer proficiency-MS Office.
  • The selected candidate will have to travel extensively to different parts of the state. 
18. Hospital Administrator [post-04]

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

  • Masters in Social Works (MSW) with a minimum of 2 years of post qualification work experience in the field of Community / Medical Health /Community development

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese. 
21. Early Interventionist cum Special Educator, RBSK [post-027]
Age Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2018 (Age may be relaxed for suitable candidates). 
Pay: Rs. 18,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience: 

M.Sc in Disability Studies (Early Intervention) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)/ Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathologist (ASLP) or Post Graduate Diploma in Early Intervention (PGDEL) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) / Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathology (ASLP)
